Without clear articulation of an arrestable offense having been committed, it is an unlawful arrest. Very simple.
So as we look at this video, we can see the blatant constitutional violations. Unlawful search and seizure, kidnapping, and they were conspiring to ruin this mans life, and succeeded.
Do we generally lock up every individual who runs a stop sign? Or do we give them a ticket and a court date? And if it's not an arrestable offense…. What arrest was he resisting? An unlawful one? And all because these officers don't know how to read an id? This looks like a big fat lawsuit. I sincerely hope his case goes in his favor

The audit, if someone attacks you and you tense up, if your body does what it literally cannot stop itself from doing, if your muscles tense when you're being attacked, then they can get you with resisting arrest, because your muscles involuntarily tensed, I get it. Makes total sense

I don't understand the sense or fairness in the cops completely being wrong with the arrest due to their shoddy investigation, how they can then be smug and happy that they can try to convict the man with "resisting arrest".
