This cop was so worried about this man getting hurt due to the absence of his seatbelt yet the violent cop throws him to the ground!
The main problem is that the voice is mutet on encounter. The second problem is that he walks towards a officer after he notice he got a weapon. And actually seems to behave differently to the white officer…. Boath parties aint in their best but a C- for boath seems fair.

I will call the county sheriff and complain on these two cops. As a local Georgia boy we need to get these ego , cowards off the force. He can say anything he wants
This shit show is why Virginia took seatbelt usage off the list of offenses Officers can pull you over for. I’m so sick of my tax dollars paying the salaries of these guys who are obviously in it to wield power, not to protect and serve.
Fire them. The cop admits his behavior is justified by the man not being polite. Wow the cops are enforcing manners not the law.
All of this over a seatbelt. That in fraction does not give you the right to be so disrespectful and expect every citizen to bow down to you. No wonder nobody looks up to the police anymore. Police should be ashamed of themselves because they no longer have any respect due to their actions.
