Cannabis shouldn't even be in the same category as tobacco or alcohol when it comes to regulations. It should be completely unregulated like dandelions, sunflowers & trees! 💯
Unfortunately that Florida bill is trash sponsored by Trulieve. The bill won’t allow for any homegrown cannabis, everything will have to be from dispensary’s. Also they don’t have any third party vendors in Florida so not much competition for quality cannabis to result.
