8. The type of mental stress you are receiving dealing with all the topics and stories you report on is called vicarious trauma. You see all these people hurts, defrauded etc and in turn it hurts you.

16. At least you are doing things to help others. Don't feel bad. BLM raised almost 100 million and its almost gone. Why because they raised it and spent it on themselves. Homes and family. Not one cent went to families of victims they were calming to be fighting for. George Floyd was the poster boy. His family never seen a cent from BLM. So I wouldn't worry. At least your trying to make a difference.
