22. This might sound like a foolish question, how do you keep track of laws and local ordinances? How can a town or county add an ordinance just to make money when that action is a protected right?

23. The ordinance seems to state “inoperable”. What constitutes “inoperable” exactly? If the vehicles CAN start and drive but don’t have registration…would they not be “operable”?

25. Some of these cops are such losers. Did they get beat up a lot in school, is their manhood extremely small, do they still live at home, in their mom's basement? 26. First off let’s get something straight this is on private property. Not on public road. This cop had absolutely no reason at any time to go onto the property. He’s already in violation of his own policies. To me, it sounds like a very butt hurt cop because the guy flipped him the bird. this guy is in the right when he got pulled over by notch, identifying himself arguing over his Fourth amendment rights. It is already been established that this officer lied about a threat when there was no threat. OK like they’re established that there was no threat officer beard should have let him go and moved on. But once again, their egos, just the better part of them. If I was him, I would place a massive lawsuit against not only City as well as that officer and the officer that arrested him. This was a false arrest, harassment, false imprisonment. Officer Walter should be fired for his actions. Awesome beard should have just got suspended without pay for his actions.
