4. That intro riff is one of the best riffs EVER written. It's so iconic and definitive. Like, it's a riff that was waiting to be discovered and these guys found it from within. Incredbile. This is a legendary riff to the modern era of hardcore like how the MachineHead "Davidian" riff is to 90s metal, it's a riff to define an entire era and generation. It's so nice to be older and still find new heavy bands ripping it up like how us "kids" (we were kids back then!) used to rip it up 20 years ago.

   Love these guys. I love that the lead singer also said live "power to the people.. and FREE PALESTINE!!!" what a moment!

6. I discovered Dying Wish by accident today when typing in another group starting with “dying” 😂 and didn’t notice the autocorrect and I was pleasantly surprised. I know it came out late in the year in November but this not being on everyone’s top 10 list is criminal. Great album from start to finish amazing grooves with plenty of riffs and all around performances that can knock your head and also chill the mood 🤘🏾🤘🏾
