My first ever bong hit had me feeling like all of reality was actually just a room in my childhood home and I could hear like kitchen noises as if my parents were in the kitchen of the house I was making up in my head. I started having panic attacks every few seconds and I felt like I was on a elevator that kept on switching between up and down shit, all well there was kind of a static feeling at the top of my head which felt like it was saying me down. Shit was terrifying I kinda thought I might’ve died and I might be in hell or some sort of fucked up purgatory. I feel like I’m better off for it and That whole experience taught me to know my limits, and how to calm myself down when I’m greening out.
