0:05 “When opening the coolant reservoir to perform a block test we noticed a bunch of metal shavings (appearing like glitter). The customer denied all work that was recommended. We recommend a thermostat, water pump, and a full coolant system flush, then wanted to retest the system to make sure the thermostat opened and fans kicked on, and of course, make sure the car didn’t overheat.” If the customer continues to drive their vehicle like this, it will lead to engine damage.
0:22 Keychain on volume knob touching the screen changing the radio stations.
0:35 From the looks of it the customer had ground off too much of the strut, so when the customer hit a pothole the bottom of the strut came apart. If you ever have the wrong part, just return it for the correct one. Also, some vehicle models will have a “sport” suspension which can mean they have different struts/front-end components so keep that in mind. Just seen that from my experience.
0:51 No extra info.
1:02 Glad the customer brought in their car before something bad could have happened to the child in the car seat. It’s important to read the instructions on how to install the car seat and if you can’t figure it out some places will even install them for you (in my area you can go to the fire station/hall and they will install it for you).
1:14 The customer could have avoided a loud pinion bearing/differential noise for a while then it just let go on the customer while they were driving. Or maybe a burnout gone wrong?
1:24 Exhaust was also rusty and falling off and some other issues were found that the customer did not want looked at/fixed.
1:32 No extra info.
1:48 Say’s “Boosting Loading Please Wait…” but it’s a naturally aspirated V6.
1:56 There should be a fitting installed so it’s properly attached to the fuel rail. This could turn out really bad and cause a fire pretty quickly. The shop doesn’t work on NOS systems, so that’s why they did not touch it.
2:13 Those are whip-its that are full of nitrous oxide that some people will use to get high. VERY DANGEROUS!
2:26 The technician thinks that the customer’s spare tire was flat so they kept driving on it or they hit another curb.
2:36 Hopefully the customer does not get into an accident.
2:46 A pain for the technician doing the airbag recall on the passenger side.
2:54 “1991 Camaro RS with an LS6 swap to the cars original 700r4. Engine is using Edelbrocks ProFlow 4 EFI system.”
3:07 Outro. Thanks for watching!

  1. I love how he informs us that the customer declined repairs. Shows how shitty Americans are and how they'll never be great because they can't care for their own.

  2. I think the 'Boost Loading' guy was put that on in a tongue-in-cheek way. As in, he knows there's no turbo, the car is slow(er than you'd think), and the progress bar is a way of saying "this bar will never finish and boost won't 'load' because there's no turbo".

  3. gotta say, I have a LOT of respect for the shop (2:13) for having someone come in and try to talk to the client about his addiction, i'm sure it didn't do much for him (he has to want to stop) but its very commendable that the shop took the time to do that.

  4. Doing nitrous while driving is the dumbest shit ever. It's not even recommended to do it standing up if you don't know how you react, since it makes plenty of people just fall over. Driving is a fucking obvious no.
