The party-happy city produces plenty of lawlessness, which means busy days and nights for the officers charged with controlling violators ranging from hardened criminals to relatively harmless drunks.
S2 EP 1 Police arrest a man who went for a swim at the Mirage Hotel in the nude; an inmate goes crazy when she feels that officers are mishandling her property.
S2 EP 2 An old timer’s one liners don’t impress the jailhouse staff; a woman is booked for assaulting her boyfriend; two combative inmates end up in restraints.

Law enforcement sure escalates a lot of incidents.. Those people are drug or drugged, they are not coherent so why you talk to them like they are and if they don't response, you get physical.. Volunteered in a jail and never saw this escalation..
