   ARE YOU SAYING WE NEED TO TIP THE CASHIERS AT WALMART? CUZ…. THERES ZERO DIFFERENCE.

   Unless your saying that u personly throw an extra bud flower in the bag…that's the only way that makes sense.

3. That tip your budtender thing is for that individuals experience. I've been in a few Maryland dispensaries and I've tipped once and that was only because dude was really helpful and took like 20 minutes to explain everything on the menu he tried, even though I only asked about 2 strains but he wanted me to get the best experience possible and that was worth a tip. I don't tip everywhere I go and I doubt you do as well and if budtenders get below minimum wage and depend on tips to get up to that federal minimum wage then I would tip every time like I do when I leave a tip at a sit down restaurant when I eat out, no matter how good or bad my waiter/waitress was.

4. Do you tip when you buy a pair of sneakers? The person has to run to back.. find you’re size n all.. do you say hey here is 5$? Cmon.. and once again.. you’re lyft driver is not making what a Maryland bud tender is.. being in the industry comes with a industry discount.. right? So I mean.. it’s like.. cmon.. enough with passn the tip thingy around for every one to see it.. if it’s that tight.. then maybe think about another job or picking up a side gig.. I would never ask for a tip I personally.. comes off as tacky to me.. but hey to each their own..

5. Do the bud tenders tip the grower? Do the growers tip the trimmers? Just say’n.. you should never ask for a tip.. period.. that’s wack.. I get it.. we all need more.. but just offer good service.. and put out you’re lil jar out there .. people who are gonna give .. will.. and I don’t tip when I go to jersey mikes.. I don’t.. call me what you want.. I tip.. when I’m getting some sort of personal grooming.. I tip the person parking my car.. I tip my waiter.. and I tipped my bartender when I drank.. but all these people get a reduced wage.. and tips help offset that.. so.. do you tip youre cashier at the grocery store? I mean.. they are bagging all your items.. just saying.. take the begging for a tip out of it.. it’s thirsty.. and shit.. I tip.. but sometimes I may just not have it.. budtenders make more than minimal wage not less.. and it’s retail at the end of the day.. I find it hard to believe you tip at every transaction you do in life.. just saying.. respectfully.. not hating.. just saying.. 😁

6. I agree but they are charging premium price for weed , it's just weed , way more than street, the containers are probably why , aluminum ? just need a bag , might cut down the cost just my opinion
