20. If you ever to get the chance to get into an F1 car, I seriously recommend neck training even in the couple of weeks before hand. Just a couple of sessions of weighted neck curls and your neck will be a lot safer from the g force. The way this man was telling this Tory was quite scary. When your head is bobbling over the place and you can’t control it, that’s not exactly fun
