49 thoughts on “Cops Get SUED After Falsely Arresting Innocent Teen

  1. Wow this cop is utterly insane. I'm gonna take your phone, but I won't tell you why. Just give it to me. Maybe she was looking for an upgrade??

  2. That Woman cop quite clearly drunk on her power, another tyrant that should be nowhere near a Police uniforn,,,or any position of authority for that matter…and horribe wretch of a human

  3. Here’s a 8+ million dollar sue. Thanks again now we pay for another fool. Makes me sick. This lady will get millions from tax dollars.😡

  4. 🤔 Just imagine all the things that have happened throughout the years when there were no cell phones or body cameras around! Because don't forget every one of those cops knew that everything they said and did were being record and they still did what they did! 🤯

  5. Standard police beating then the old resisting charges get made up. Beware look at this and make a case police are not criminals. We make them video their crimes for a reason plenty of other cops could have stepped in but the joined in. Best keeping as far away from police as you can cross the road when you see them. You are next.

  6. Ms. Brown gets an A++ from me, she did absolutely nothing wrong nor was she a suspect for any crime meaning they had absolutely no right to take her phone… One thing is for sure these 🐷 get off on doing things like this which is why the officer was smiling. We and our lives are a joke to them, our interactions feed their ego and they know they will get away with just about anything they do. I have absolutely no empathy or sympathy for 12 no matter what happens to them, they're not all bad but they are all bad because no one will stop the bad ones..

  7. The cop sounds like an immature relic. What will her phone prove? Stupid. No warrant, do they not know the laws. Need to watch more cop shows. Hope she sued for a huge amount. 😎

  8. That's pretty ignorant of the kid to say "They're white I expect this from them, but you're black." As if she supposed to get special treatment from another black person. We all get violated by cops, so do you I'm afraid.

  9. Can everyone just stop helping the cops? Like I get that civilians should try and be 'good' but look at the outcome. Imagine we all just envoked our 5th whenever a cop comes at someone. The police would learn real fast or their workloads would double due to the fact civilians wouldn't want to help them in any future investigations

  10. How can a young girl know the law better than cops? These cops are either dumb af or don't care about following the law.

  11. Gotta love how it’s unconstitutional to seize someone’s property if they aren’t being threatening using force but if they “resist” then it’s ok. So fucked

  12. Females shouldn't be patrol cops. They know they are in physical jeopardy just as a result of there genetics. Most of the time they escalate to try and compensate. It seems to be even worse if they have male back up. Females are intelligent and certainly have great potential in law enforcement. Just not like this.

  13. Can I pay you to look at a case and also get you to provide legal information on how you would fight it?

    It's hella fishy af.

    @AudittheAudit

  14. People are you'll be concerned about how police forces are out of order and how to treat civilians when stopped by police officers. These police officer acts as if you are a criminal for a traffic violation. The treatment doesn't fit the crime—especially for black people.

  15. Sue, sue. They are the cause of the altercation. It's ashamed she was treated this way. She where to make a statement about the fire in her apartment. She got treated as an criminal. They have the nerve to arrested her. Police officers cause the the altercation. She was only there to give a statement concerned the fire. She put in jail.

  16. Police don't have the right to take her phone. The police officer certainly takes her phone. They were wrong for taking her phone without Warrants. Sue!!
