22. They asked for one car, and he told them they could get a good deal if they bought two. They don't want two cars, so they turned down the offer. He also didn't say that they asked for something special, he suggested that. This is a lesson on knowing when to deliver on what was asked and when to upsell. That was not the time to upsell and he got fucked out of a deal because of it.
