  1. Thanks for joining us! Watch to the end if you have the attention span for it! It helps the channel grow and it helps you be more informed!

EDIT: I generally try to avoid making an edit like this, but after reviewing the comments I think it is important to remind everyone that I do not make these laws. If you disagree with the way our legal system is structured then we probably have a lot in common in that regard. The point of AtA is to help citizens understand the legal system as it is currently interpreted. Often times, I wholly disagree with how the legislation and laws are structured, but again, the point is to showcase the law, not advocate for it to be changed. The moment this channel begins casting dissent on any particular law, it introduces political bias and ruins the objectivity and appeal of the show. You are free to disagree with how the content is presented, and I understand that this channel is not for everyone, but please be socially responsible and consider the fact that this channel is only reporting on the law, not making it. Channel your emotions regarding the law somewhere productive, such as at the voting booth or your next city council meeting. It is up to all of us to change the things about our justice system that we don't agree with. Hope this helped clarify a few thing. Have a great day!

EDIT 2: I stand by the grade I gave the officers considering the totality of the circumstances, however, I will admit that I should have chosen better phrasing to describe the officer's demeanor. One of the three officers involved was not necessarily "cordial". Officers do not generally get an F if there is some legal merit to their actions, and ultimately no one was arrested and the department accepted his complaint. If they had arrested Mr. Gutterman or done something to dramatically impair his quality of life in that interaction, then their grade would have been different. We have to reserve the F for those officers who commit blatant acts of maleficence to the detriment of others. As mentioned in the episode, there is some legal ambiguity involved in this encounter regarding the legality of the officer's conduct, and we must weigh those possibilities as evenly as we do the considerations of civilian rights. One last thing to mentions is that the grading section is designed to spark debate, disagreement, and perspective. If you disagree with the grades, that's normal. That is encouraged. But it is not an excuse to cast judgement and be hateful.

  2. You might want to re-read what you just read about trespassing on another's property that property is owned by everybody in that state and you must have unanimous voting to trespass him or anybody else especially if they broke no law…. Not only that but the 10th and 14th amendments those state that states may make laws as long as they don't violate your constitutional rights and forth at law to be so vague like that that is a violation so it is actually null and void according to supreme law article 6 of the Constitution so you as an auditor siding with any government is absolute b*******….. They are supposed to err on the side of the citizens our constitution says WE THE PEOPLE FOR THE PEOPLE BY THE PEOPLE NOT A DAMN THING IN THERE IS SPOKE ABOUT THE GOVERNMENT GETTING AN EDGE SO ANYTIME THAT SUPREME COURT MAKES A RULING THEY ARE TO RULE IF IT COULD FALL IN THE SIDE OF THE GOVERNMENT OR THE CITIZENS IT IS ALWAYS TO FALL ON THE SIDE OF THE CITIZENS BUT OUR SUPREME COURT VIOLATES THAT BECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY ARE GOING FOR THE CORPORATE ENTITY OF THE GOVERNMENT'S THEY THEMSELVES ARE VIOLATING YOUR CONSTITUTIONALRELIGION IS NEVER SUPPOSED TO MIX WITH STATE YET THAT IS HOW THIS ROE VERSUS WADE WAS OVERTURNED WAS BECAUSE OF RELIGIOUS FANATICS

  3. I really enjoy watching your videos on auditors. Because I feel all people in roles of authority should be challenged to uphold the law they think they aspire to. I really disagree with the law that many states allow police officers to get away with things due to ignorance. No one should be ignorant of laws that they are preaching that they know. This also applies to the auditors. I find the auditors that really know their stuff eg ATA, very engaging to watch but other auditors that get it wrong just come across as argumentative, even though they think they’re doing the right thing.

  4. Hey lets make it simple, no one has rights. If you have the right to film etc on a public sidewalk, they will figure out a way around that right. Don't self-incriminate, obstruction. Don't immediately bow down to a cop and kiss his/her shoes get arrested on some made up bs… If the cop can't get you one way they will try to find another.

  5. 6:25 LDS cop kept telling the auditor he is to talk to the cop (who needs back up because she wasn't getting her way) but then has the balls to open his mouth, ah hello you cannot have it both ways… And if they NEVER went into the store they were never trespassing…

  6. 10:08 – she is smiling 😂😂😂…
Hey, beauty queen, are you smile like that when you see your boss's dick ?
Just curious 🤔….and now I am laughing🤣🤣🤣🤣 because I imagine how you are seeing your boss's dick and you start smiling

  7. 6:22 – hey, Chuck Norris , I think that you said 4 times, that he is talking to her !
Why are you opening your mouth psycho ?
    By the way, BIG smile.
The whole world is watching you thanks to YouTube.

  8. Freedom of the press is also first amendment not only freedom of speech and there didn't investigate instead of going of the feelings of the ppl.

  9. Gotta love these guys. They cause a disturbance and police response by concerned citizens. Then they tie up police resources and escalate things. Then they fish for civil rights violations, then sue the city/ county, etc. These law suits then are paid by tax payer dollars. So, it comes out of the pockets of the average citizens. This is how these guys make a majority of their income. Then when you call them on this (doing it for money) they say they are doing it for the “principal.” They are doing it to protect everyone’s civil rights. B.S. 😂😂😂

  10. How AtA gives officers a C is beyond mw. They failed in every aspect. She refused to hear Jason's side, she was dismissive as was the 2nd officer, they had no clue of the law pertaining to trepass or IDs, and the fact they threatened him with arrest, ID''d him, and then LEFT without a word, no resolution, no trespass, nothing, that is an F.

  11. They get an F for failing to undertand the law and trying to bend their ignorance to their advantage, if not for good citizens like these the pigs would have gotten away with it

  12. If cops show up to trespass you and your not in the place in question, how is that trespassing. They asked him to leave the sidewalk out front of the store. He did. Its a strip mall parking lot. So hes trespassed from every store there for filming from a sidewalk? I usually like ur stuff but the big hole is he wasnt on their property, state, private, doesnt matter. They asked he did. Youd need another complaint from the strip mall owner about him in the parking lot.
