19. Oh it can get worse! Unless it's one of those moments you're POSITIVE that you're DEAD! Then I guess it can't. I had one of those moments, luckily I wasn't wearing a seatbelt 😇 My brother hit a telephone pole going 115mph. I was positive we were DEAD! Somehow we both lived with only slightly life-threatening injuries, a hood ripping an arm off and going septic from it. Good times…

20. He’s right. I have some possession charges from my late teens. I have commercial mortgages, lines of credit etc. I’ve had to go in front of a special board and pitch myself with certain banks. It’s embarrassing

24. Any kind of financial fraud is on a permanent record. Bad checks, embezzlement, misappropriation, tax fraud. Financial institutions share the info through a sort of "shadow" consumer reporting database. Even being accused in error, it doesn't go away, you will be forced to explain the circumstances until you have built trust and credit with the lenders, bankers and investors that have access to the databases.

26. I found ferrari forum posts from back in 2008 discussing the article about his arrest and even then, 90% of the responses were saying they trusted John regardless and didn't care.
