5. It all comes down to respect. Nick is rightfully owed and his health is all the more reason this band should embrace him and smoother him with love. This shit is such a turn off. I hardly ever missed going to see the band through their careers. Sucks, I hate this menopausing the band is doing. Has Beens now. Done with it.

6. I understand both perspectives. I think Nick should recognize that he’s not going out and doing the work and the band need to recognize they are going out and playing songs his riffs made. The band also needs to properly compensate whoever is filling micks role . 5-7 percent does feel low considering they wouldn’t have the songs to go out and play to make the money on tour without his contribution and legacy . So it should be 12.5 percent at the least and I’m more in favor of 15 percent because of how integral his contributions were as the sole guitar player . I think mick should get 15 the band can band can offer the touring guitarist atleast ten any thing over ten would have to come from a cut of the other 3. So maybe the 3 could get 24 or 23 percent and bump the percentage up of the touring guitarist to 13-16 percent. I’m sure they could find a guitarist to fill micks spot for way less than 13-16 percent but they want a guitarist with a name in their own right and that’s not micks fault . But the band could argue , the only reason the tour could be as financially successful as it is , is because the replacement is quality in their own respect. Dicey situation . But I think both sides need to be willing to sacrifice a bit more .

9. Never liked their crap to begin with, but he sounds like the only normal one out of the bunch. Tommy and Vince seem like immature idiots from what I’ve seen on interviews. Time for the old grandpas to retire. They look ridiculous to say the least.

10. IF the touring agreement is accurate, about just touring revenue, then Mick shouldn't get any money for that. He definitely should still get any royalties he's owed for past participation in the band.

16. Tommy served more time in jail for beating Pamela than Vince did for killing a man in a drunk driving "accident". Vince is a joke of a singer, and the fact these guys have the audacity to say Mick has memory issues and forgets his music??? So what do you have to say about Vince who mumbles through the songs, and can't remember lines, and is so out of shape he can't even catch his breath??Also didn't Motley Crue retire from touring YEARS AGO?!?! Final tour, charged a shit ton of money for tickets, ended in L.A I believe, we're done, not touring anymore. That doesn't ring a bell to these guys? They're not as a whole quality musicians, Mick was the real talent. So stick to your books, bars strip clubs, movies, coffee and hot sauces you're pedaling and retire with a little bit of dignity. You didn't have much, and this crap with Mick makes you look like a bunch of low life's.

19. Motley Crue, the bad boys of glam rock. They should all retire. I saw them about 8 years ago, Alice Cooper opened. AC was amazing, MC was a disappointment.

20. Mick has my full support. I’ve already said my peace on this. There’s a lot of people that made money because of Mick that shouldn’t get paid what they do. Lots of leeches in the music business. His company his retirement. He worked for it we give lazy people money housing food you name it for absolutely No contribution to society. Stupid society.

22. There are two separate things here: Signing an agreement that forfeits touring revenue, is different from one losing their share in the overall ownership of the band. Mick’s partial ownership in the band can’t be challenged. He’d have to be bought out. ‬

23. Love mick but sixx did write most lyrics for Crüe also Vince did have the Crüe voice I believe, and Tommy just was that flashy drummer they all contributed but mick and six were key.

    I've seen them 4 times. Mick was the only person who was in tune and in time.
    The rest of the band are hacks.
    Well Tommy is an average drummer but when he is sober he's OK too

29. Nikki uses the words ' prop him up! ' as a dig to Mick's being bent over in pain. If Tommy broke both arms and couldn't tour, then what? If Vince broke his knees in an accident and couldn't tour, what then? If Nikki fell down and suffered a head injury and couldn't tour, what would happen to him?
    Greed is a nasty beast! Mick is older than the three other band mates. He basically 'broke his back' to make the band famous! Give him his cut the same way they'd want theirs if they couldn't tour!
    It's just good business and the right thing.

30. All due respect to Mick, I really can't understand why band members having felony records matters so much…Why he thinks it would matter in a civil lawsuit concerning touring percentages….He seems to really pound that horse too.

31. If he's not touring then why does he deserve the same amount as the guys that are earning?
