  1. RIP Gary. Sad to hear Thanks for the music Gary ,& Skynyrd and the memories , See you in Heaven, Jesus said, "I tell you the truth no one will see the kingdom of God unless he is born again. I am the way the truth and the life, no one comes to the Father except through me." For God so loved the world that He give His only Son that whoever believes in Him will not perish but will have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world but to save the World through Him. For all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God. For the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord, and All who call upon the name of the Lord will be saved. " If you want to be sure of Heaven and avoid the other place below say the following prayer sincerely from your heart." Lord Jesus I repent and am sorry for my sins forgive me. I forgive all who have offended me. Come into my heart and save me. I accept you as my Lord and Saviour. Fill  me with your Holy Spirit and baptise me with your Holy Spirit. Fulfill your plan and purpose in my life. "I recommend you read John's Gospel especially chapter 3.Gbu.John 3v3v22,John 14v6.

  2. I was 14 years old when I first got to see them at the Hammersmith Odeon in London 1976. They were so good I went to see them twice in one week. For me it was the greatest experience at the time, which always stayed with me. God bless you all .

  3. Just saw in San Antonio @ the Stock Show and Rodeo..They were fantastic! So lucky to seen this performance ! RIP Gary, thanks for all the great music !

  4. Too young. When you're a kid you hear 70 and go man that guy is ancient. When you get within 20 years of it you start to think how much have you accomplished with your time left. He accomplished so much and will be missed. Play on in the big jam session in the sky.

  5. Sad to hear. Gary and the band were in a class above the rest.Unbeliveable talent. Was lucky to see them at the Spectrum in Philly back in the day. One of my favorite concerts of all time. RIP Gary. Listen to you guys all the time. Thanks for all the great music.

  6. HEARTBROKEN! I am an Alabama girl and lifelong Lynyrd Skynyrd fan. Mr. Gary Rossington was a truly amazing gift to this world. Play it pretty as you sweetly stand in the presence of your Heavenly Father. So much love to family, friends, and fans across the world.

  7. Have been a fan since I was just 16 now I'm 52 and listened much lately so was shocked and saddened that's an era gone forever oh how.I miss being young n dumb just music n mates RIP

  8. I finished building that guitar from Hell House and the Dock wood. I regret I wasn’t able to show and present it to Gary. But Johnny and Rickey were able to see it and lend some kind words. Thank you to this band and all involved. This music is literally woven into the DNA of not just America….but the world. And as a songwriter myself I can only say “Well Done Sir” and Rest easy Gary. It’s about time you get to jam with the rest of your brothers again.

  9. how could this NOT be front page news everywhere? some douche bag crapper gets a hangnail and the news can't stop. wtf? got to see the rossington collins band twice on their first tour. wow…
