Security swarmed Slipknot percussionist Mike ‘Tortilla Man’ Pfaff during the band’s December 5 performance. Slipknot’s Pfaff was mistaken as an attendee rushing the stage.

  1. This reminds me of when the letlive (if you havnt heard of this band, look it up, still today the best live act ive seen and that includes SlipKnoT) singer (Jason Aalon Butler) got stopped by security just trying to return to the stage after he went out in the crowd, he flippad out started kicking the guard lol such a weird but epic clip!

Just a sidenote got to me thinking of this band… Like 10yrs agoo (i think it was 2010 or 2011) i found myself on the same after party with these guys at a friends place in gothenburg after they performed as support to Enter Shikari. The singer is straight edge but the rest of the band partied hard, I tried to keep up but blacked out hard after drinking up the guitarrists bottle of rum… They where supposed to cras on the bedcouch but I passed out on it so they slept on the floor. The next day i woke up while they where getting ready to go to their van to Stockholm for the next show. I heard them whisper "dont wake the beast" and they looked creeped out when I woke up to tell them good luck on the next roadtrip…

My friend who had invited them to his place tolv me that i apparently had screamed in anxiety during the whole night (i had a depressive episode at that time of my life that alcohol didn't help with😏) and scared everyone… Anyways, super cool guys and awesome band (sadly they have split up now) but check them out on youtube, they where trouly amazing. Fake History record was a masterpiece!

  2. At least security was doing their job. Everyone who is screaming they should be fired or worse, please refer to Blythe's video from Lamb of God where a security guard wouldn't let him backstage because he didn't have his credentials. It was cleared up, she apologized, and he thanked her fordoing her job. She didn't know who he was (much like many slipknot fans wear their outfits and masks to shows) and they did their job. It was cleared up and everything was fine. The security guards aren't watching the show while it is going on, so they probably had zero clue he got off the stage. If it was anything worse, I'm sure that they would've released a statement.

  3. I'd be needing a change of undies if Shaun glared at me like that 😂 Also what goes through the mind of a "fan" that you think rushing the stage and involving yourself at a Slipknot show is a good idea, there's 9 dudes that could beat your ass if security don't save you 🤣

  4. In this case, I dont blame the security guard even 1%. You cant expect dude to keep track of the 300 plus people in that band when they all wear full outfits and masks. LMAO

  5. This just happened not long ago with Randy Blythe being stopped by a security guard in the seats. She thought he was just an attendee walking up the stairs without a ticket lol
