20. There is some interesting content here, but there is not a crash coming. We experienced a unicorn seeing 3% interest rates and returning to the 5% to 6% interests is really more normalized. We have more equity in the history of real estate which suggest the foreclosure rate (which is currently the 2nd lowest in history) should only slightly increase.

21. I met a guy (I cant say how) who told me he was a hedgefund manager for real estate rentals. He said they buy houses by the hundreds from land lords and rent them out then companies like home depot or coke invest in his fund 😂

43. Kinda ovi he did know the basics but I wish he pressed for more explanation b/c it was such a waste of time. It was very clear b/c he kept asking questions that showed he didn’t understand – a good interviewer wouldn’t care about how he was perceived especially b/c he can edit. He didnt press for a deeper explanation which would of helped him to understand the eco systems discussed and we all would of had a better experience
