Pretty sure I'm never going to Colorado on vacation again. The whole state is terminally incompetent. I'll be tracking the legal case to see if the courts there are corrupt too.

14:18 I wouldn't stop there. I would use every penny I had to find out who the officer was, where they lived, the names and addresses of all of their family, and then I would let them live out the horror of the remainder of their life.

It’s amazing that she did survive.
But if she had lived or died the reaction should be the same as far as accountability goes.
The officers involved should not benefit from the fact that she survived. Her survival should not even enter into it.
They could have planted that gun oh no it took too long to get that gun to find that gun so something fishy about this
Absolutely terrifying.
I can’t even imagine how incredibly stressful this situation would be. Not only are you handcuffed, but you are locked inside.
I would ask to be placed somewhere else, if ignored I would very quickly and at the very least, become HIGHLY anxious.
I’m astounded at the absolute stupidity of stopping a vehicle across a level railroad crossing.
Listening to the laws about safety etc, you can just hear that they never in a million years thought that someone would be so stupid.
If “due to Indifference” is interchangeable with “due to stupidity”…..well then.
