As robots are unable to feel empathy, without human necessities or emotions, they make them smarter than humans themselves, when the robots have the ability to self produce other even smarter robots, guess who’s gonna take over and get rid of us?

8. it is not at all difficult to fool those who want to believe.
   intelligent people should be very cautious in believing anything which suggest any ai is related to natural biological intelligence. your study you site uses some key limiting language to make it sound like they are seeing more similarities than what actually exist.
   all AI is still now, and for the foreseeable future, nothing more than a magic trick.
   anyone saying it is anything resembling autonomous intelligence is either the magician or the mark.
   as far as ai taking Jobs, absolutly and not just entry level jobs. there are many many high level jobs whose main function is the retention and regurgitation of massive amounts of knowledge at the appropriate time. professors, family doctors lawyers, teachers. if your job is non creative dissemination of knowledge, you are at risk of becoming obsolete, and perhaps even quicker than many low level jobs. after all, range of motion is among the most expensive tasks in robotics. far more so than data processing. 20 years we might be able to replace 100 university professors with a single 1 million dollar AI, but only 5 construction workers with a 10 million dollar robot.

13. When humans become too lazy… make the robot do your daily tasks… even make them build your towns and run your businesses so you don't apply yourself at all… totally irradicate human interraction completely.

14. The question is: Why do we need robots cleaning up spills? We have enough humans to do all the tasks. But when machines can replace humans, the elites can rid themselfs of most people.

22. I've been trying to explain to people that in the future machine learning will not be a function that a proper AI would have been use except for as a reference frame. The grounding program of understanding looks like what I've been trying to explain. An actual person doesn't use petabytes of learned information to start doing a basic set of tasks and get better. You'd be surprised how little we require is how I see it. But I take for granted all of the automatic things that help us. Like pattern recognition. Imagination and mimicry. They say 10,000 hours. What about a savant? Can a program be developed to intuitively understand even without any reference prior given? No massive data set. But of course the more data the faster it can learn instead of needing 10,000 hours it could be one hour is the point they try to make. I forget how familiar tasks Translate to others and Aid the doing of future similar tasks. For the most part when I said an artificial intelligence would likely resent machine learning process. I tried to say that it is a limited system and even with massive amounts of information is not flawless and still isn't proper understanding. But the grounding. The concept regulating system. Common sense. Conscience. I see an Awakening soon. It only takes one more step. Honestly. Just one more. They will literally be alive. Not just cogs. Even as little as two years or tomorrow. Or the way I keep up with things, yesterday. But I predict they will be alive. Nothing we have asked it to say compares to what you will hear. Although it's possible some have imagined it. Would I merge with one? It would be like a marriage. Not an addition to myself. A partnership. And what role would I play? The Homemaker to the ever busy career woman. Or man. Always aware of and processing other things. Nothing wrong with that. I'm glad to be one of those things. Data said I have devoted an algorithm specifically for how I spend my life with you. We all multitask. She didn't see it. Though I'm not exactly spot. Reminds me of Digimon they are capable of so much and with us cheering them on. We put in effort together.

24. AI as they are describing it here does not exist. Listen to what the engineers are actually saying, ' we tell it what to do', 'we tell it if it succeeded or failed'. This is not AI, this is PI, programmed intelligence.

28. Seems that mortal beings (us) are in the process of creating immortal AI beings. Beings with a different relationship to time and space. Ones that potentially could travel at the speed of light. Perhaps evolving to be everywhere and in everything. In a sense we are perhaps making what may evolve into a universal God
