35 thoughts on “China’s Economy is in Bad Shape

  1. Will increases in the Prime-Rate charged by the Federal Reserve translate to larger yields to holders of United States Treasury Certificates? Such yields could provide relief to China.

  2. But the real reason is aging. Pure and simple. It has nothing to do with industry or other stuff like that. American Chads are taking Chinese female humanoids and creating Eileen Gu's.

  4. While I am happy that China is on the verge of collapse, it is more than anything because that will mean that the government that has been responsible for so much misery and torture for decades will be no more, and that a democratic state will be established in its' wake, so that China can truly be reunited with Taiwan and the people of the mainland can revel in the freedoms that have been denied to them their entire lives.

I am well aware this will have massive repercussions for the people, but I implore to them with a quote from my younger years –
"Even in the darkest nights, morning always comes."
    “即使在最黑暗的夜晚,黎明总会到来。”

Do not be swayed by a temporary peace with your leaders. Demand they step down and let freedom ring from every factory, every storefront, every doorstep and every shore. Let democracy be China's voice, not some old coot whose only thoughts are that of world domination. Let the suffering come in knowing that a better peace waits on the other side.

  5. What you said in closing about separating got policy from innocent civilians is right on. There is so much shit in the world right now we as a "global people" need to support each other regardless. We can't forget what it is to be human.

  6. I agree, the people of China are not to blame for the problem they find themselves in, but if in the UK and the US, we continue to vote for idiots, we deserve what we get just like the people in democratic cities are experiencing after years of voting for the left. Then again, I'm not sure we are voting for the left in the US as a whole. Pretty sure we're not actually.

  7. China is like an overnight sensation professional boxer who got rich and famous in a year and lost it all for not paying taxes and investing wisely and now is on the streets sick and homeless

  8. That’s why Hunter Biden dealt with China. China was taking our money oil gas that’s why our current president the tyrant did what he done and probably still doing it shipping oil our oil to China United States oil and our president wants to stop drilling and depend on somebody else. Let’s impeach the president!

  9. Building 🏢 homes without demand, using home buyers money to finance other projects. People buying extra homes for the purpose of investment. Building rails without absolute requirement just for the purpose of employment and boosting economy. All foolish ides implemented at once. The bubble of artificial growth was bound to burst.

  10. Everytime an organization, establishment and people in general gets obliterated, the troublemakers gets compensated with a freebie in rewards, offers to the tune of millions.

  11. 16:33 – This is almost certainly a blatant lie. I would wager that China easily has had at least half a million deaths from COVID19. Everything about their numbers is suspicious, especially in light of the omicron variant. Every single country tried lockdowns and it's clear, data-wise, that none of them worked. Am I to assume that China lockdowns are magical? Same with masks, heavily promoted by CCP as being effective without any data to back it up and two years later, most of us (hopefully) feel like suckers for buying into the mask cult. Once again, masks in China must be magical. Remember the famous life-saving ventilators? They actually killed more people. Once again, the ventilators in China must be magical.

  12. The lying, cheating and stealing dominant in the Chinese culture has finally come around to bite the Chinese consumers in the ass. I need to wipe a tear from my eye.

  13. "Herd immunity" against covid is not a thing. You don't get immunity from a multi-system disease that mutates so quickly and can also infect key parts of the immune system directly (see 2022 studies published in Nature about infectivity of CD4+ T-cells a.k.a. T-helper cells).

  14. The economy moves around the capital, not the human. Infinite growth is simply impossible. In systems thinking you can always see a trend in any given system that grows very fast, they tend to fall further and faster than any other system with slow and steady growth.

  15. Excellent content! The one thing that could have been added here was actual feedback from more Chinese people, or at least Chinese born. Someone like an economics, or history professor would have been ideal. Can't help but feel for the Chinese people with those lock-down procedures (it's crazy, almost 3 years!) and paid for, but unfinished homes… so sad!

And one last point, people should realize the friction between countries is something created by government leaders. For the common person living in different countries there really are no issues, as long as we insulate ourselves from the propaganda. The working class Chinese are hard working, kind and friendly people.
