Gotta salute and respect these man. Keeping this historic car culture alive 👍
Weeks? When I bought mine I just drove it after looking on a couple of YouTube examples. It’s super fun to drive and not especially difficult, just a bit different
I know how to use a model T I don’t have one just I saw video how to use a model T and I can easily learn how to use a model T in seconds
If only I lived in the US, I'd get my 25-year old ass to one of these clubs and become a member! They'll manage, I'm sure
Owning one, it doesn't take weeks to learn, unless you never drove a stick shift.
There is more to why the Dodge Brothers sued Ford! Last I checked the Dodge Brothers didn't support Nazi Germany but Henry Ford did! Alfred Sloan and GM weren't saints with the Nazis either! I will drive my Dodges with a clear concience!
first one i ever saw in person and up close. i bought and drove it home, not hard to drive, it's just nothing like driving a car except for the steering
5 month old video with barely 205k views is so funny. Donut blows now
The music at @12:32 reminds me of SimCity 3000
If you needed another reason to never drive a dodge.
Hell yes jimmy you are awesome!!
I'm 31 years old and purchased my first Model T when I was 24. I now own 2.
So it was the Dodge brothers who caused these issues a century ago… what a damn shame
As a vintage car I was smiling this entire video
"I am never buying a fkn Dodge" – Jimmy | "fkn a" -me
Love this type of content. Respect.
I was on the edge of my seat thru this whole video! Wow! Total respect for these guys and the skills of driving a car 100 years ago! Hats off to you all!
I’ve come a long way from obsessing over f&f cars and ground packages and slamming the car to being obsessed with learning their history and wanting to engage in clubs like this.
14:02 Looking up Dodge's current MSRPs on their lineup… guess they're still abiding by this rule.
F you dodge brothers, spit on your graves
Video Made me cry
The real star of the show is the co-driver. Absolutely cool in the passenger seat of that very rare car.
These model T dudes Rule!
The guy who told stories about him doing a lot of road trips with his wife in his model T is a true legend AND the fact that he designed his own patches for his road trips AND the fact that he has an album with a ton of photos makes it so much better. He is such a sweet man that he may deserve a video for himself. I wish him the best.
Nice to see amazing cars like that!
Young people are so clueless about how business works.
I was already a fan of ford cause we were blessed enough in nz to get the Barra falcon and had the v8 supercar series to watch and I didn’t like dodge but now imma gonna bully every dodge gay boy out there and I’m even more of a ford fan now thanks for the insight I didn’t know about it
The first car that became acessible is now a collectors item
I've been wanting one. So thats a start.
The 👍🏻 turns into a wheel when you hit it.
yo fuck Dodge fr
How come you guys edited out the bit about the dodge brothers being scumbags between my first play through and when I showed this to my fiancée?
My Amish friend is the premier guy in the Cincinnati area to get upholstery work done on these prewar cars
🥱🥱😴😴😴
Should research ford vs dodge truth about the case
Yes Ford did $5 a day but more to it
Learned drive mine by the instruction book orginaly supplied by Ford
Loving these car OGs contents
There are a few Model Ts in my hometown. Once a friend went with me to an antique car show, and saying he was impressed to see everyone around stop whatever they were doing to take a look at a 1926 with the 2-speed Ruckstel axle would be an understatement…
You can learn to drive a T in about 30 minutes.
Model Ts are dying because well the guys who collect them are dying off.
16:39 this put a huge smile on my face for Jimmy. From the Japanese underground street racing scene, to the old Model T club, to everything in-between, Jimmy is truly living the dream for real.
Great video, Dude. I bought one of these and it is, bar none, the most fun automobile I have ever driven. Thanks for preserving history.
It's been dying since the stopped building them in Mexico…
We're talking about the Volkswagen Beetle, right?
Pops definitely changed his mind cause he though jimmy was kid
This is so great!! Now you need a 20s Dodge Brothers and Chevrolet car!!
WhistlinDiesel learned to drive his pretty quick, def check it out if you aint seen it
The vast majority of cars are built and intended as appliances. Nobody keeps a fridge around this long. It’s cool to see people working to maintain and restore such old cars, but like all things, to dust these cars shall return. Just as long as we don’t start wastefully planning on them not lasting very long! It’s not looking too good on that front sadly!
0:32 how can they work tirelessly? Ford Model Ts need tires too, don't they 🤔
expected Jimmy's inner weeb would get in the way but I'm pleasantly surprised!
more like the car that defined USA. Build it as cheap as you can and never innovate. every model t was built on a Friday because the weekend didn't exist yet.
