Ben is dead wrong on Ukraine. They are absolutely dominating Russia in the war with a 1:9 casualty ratio, taking Russian refineries offline, etc. Russia is using cluster bombs, nerve gas, and other banned weapons. Many retired US generals are frequent guests on youtube channels that cover the war in detail and it's clear to them that Russia will fall very soon.
