42 thoughts on “This Cop Assaulted A Citizen, Lied About It, Got SUED and STILL GOT PROMOTED!

  1. So now you can't record them pretty soon we will have no rights and we have a duty to keep an eye on y'all….also I think we should take off the mute button from their cameras and make it to where they cannot turn it off until they clock out….and we need to make it to where the individual officers have to pay their lawsuits not with our money with their money and we take payments after a lump sum…when there's accountability with fines and lawsuits there's not as much officer misconduct and less rights are violated

  2. And y'all wonder why people don't like cops….. imagine paying someone to do a job yet all they do is bully people and beat them up and their egos get so big because they never get held accountable then they use that power to manipulate and arrest people for no reason you would be pissed at every officer you see because they all protect each other not us

  3. The worst part about this shit is knowing as a man you can't defend yourself without going to jail for like ever….I think if any man slaps your phone out of your hand even one time you can justifiably defend yourself because at that point he is threatening your safety….no man wants another man to be able to bully them and us not be able to beat the shit out of him because those are fighting actions for anyone else

  4. I use to back the police big time but I seen thousands of videos on the internet to change my backing of the blue. They say that's it the 1% of them that gives them a bad name. Well, that's horseshit because what I've seen there is only 1% that's good.

  5. Sergeant Simpson going back, desperate to try and 'make amends' just smacks of the fact they 'knew' they screwed up. What absolutely blows my mind is the utter stupidity and blindness of the sergeant thinking the victim will now want help from his aggressor. Who the hell would trust one of the gang of three to now faithfully take the complaint. All of them must have been dropped on their heads as babies because they are all dumb as hell.

  6. Case is always pending. What a justice system. Violating your rights, destroying your record takes seconds to minutes. Getting justice……………..

  7. if you are really good and needed, you never get promoted. its life, they need you where you are.. when you cant be trusted, thats when the union shifts you out of the lower ranks into the upper tiers. if you play the game well…

  8. Gotta love how the moment he threatened legal action, the cops went straight to ole faithful "can I see your ID?". What a bunch of shitbags. They sexually assaulted this man, held him against his will with no evidence of a crime, and violated his 1st amendment right to record police as recognized by both federal and NYS courts. These officers need to be locked in a cell in a prison for life.

  9. That officer is a disgrace to the badge and that's saying a lot cause that's really hard to do Cases like that where officers use their authority to get up close and sexually assault people be it a man or a woman That officer best expect a fist coming at their face And if their buddy jumps in He better have some good hands on skills And by the looks of these 2 they have some great hands-on skills with men My gay friend 1st thing My gay friend 1st thing he said was those 2 are couple of f's. The best thing this guy could have done was draw a crowd cause the officers don't expect them to do that and they don't expect people to sit there and turn against them but the point is people are starting to realize no good officers are left People are starting to realize that overall there is a Majority of poorly trained Majority of poorly trained Officers or bullies left.

  10. If Mr. Simon was involved with dealing drugs then why didn't he have either drugs or lots of cash on him? One way or the other he should have had one of those things on his person.
