20. Need an AtA of 2025 encounters with state/local LEO performing immigration duties for CBP & per ICE's 287(g) agreements. CBP jurisdiction is massive and they don't need probable cause to initiate an encounter, and ICE are allowed to use racial profiling to detain and arrest US citizens.

37. Can someone explain why charges would not be automatic in a kidnapping case with clear prejudice? Why does the victim need to pursue charges? I know the FBI is looking in to this but it shouldn't be this complicated. Kidnapping and assault charges for both officers. They should both be stripped of any legal authority in this country.
