6. I bought the diffuser about a week after I got the app and I like it .

7. Heads up, LED mode not needed with diffuser. I had closer readings when in the SUN mode instead of LED Full Spec. Using HLG Scorpion Diablos.

8. On my Android phone ppfd caps out at 571. Can I use DLI to get an idea of what my light is putting out.

11. Something to note there are variances in the 22lb paper some will be 80 g/m2 but shoot for the one thats 83 g/m2 98 bright. I can get 83 g/m2 96 bright in my store lol

15. I just got this thing, might have been using the wrong weighted paper for some time now. What I believed to be a ~45 DLI, once using their diffuser attachment, my readings are closer to like 33. I was kind of stunned. I turned my lights up for the afternoon to get closer to ~45… And the next morning I noticed my fan tip leaves were getting a bit burnt. People are raving about the accuracy of this thing, and I'm not trying to argue that, more just understand what's what. Great video thanks for taking the time.

16. I cant get this accessory to get an accurate reading to save my life. My photone app with paper diffuser had readings close to what the manufacturer and other independent reviewers PAR maps say but this accessory is giving me reading like 200 PPFD lower than what I would expect. The app is set to use the accessory and I have positioned it correctly and tried slight adjustments to no avail. If I were to use this accessory I would probably fry my plants. At 80% power, 260 watts, this accessory is showing just 700 PPFD at like 4 inches away from my light. I should be getting those readings at like 18 inches away. Really disappointed because Im tired of taping paper to my phone lol. This is with an iPhone 14 pro.

    Hoping someone can shed some advice because I would love to have the accuracy this video portrays.

27. Samsung 21 is on point. I have the par meter and they were a match. Had the par meter for about 4 years now and just downloaded the app when i started my run. Just happen to stumble across a video who mentioned it. Helps me in a pinch

30. Thanks. I like this app and your right the paper thing always annoys me and I am always worried it needs to be held tight so I hold it funny and then worry I might drop in and injure my plants. This looks like a cool add on. It’s not a no brainer for me though. I ran out of paper yesterday 😂.

37. You uploaded this right when I started questioning my light intensity , and based on the sheer timing and constant knowledge I had to support this 👏🏼

38. Got this when it was released a couple months ago and the problem I have with it is it’s hard to tell when it’s centered over the sensor all the way. Move it slightly and the reading are way off. Wish it was designed to stop so it’s not moved to far over the sensor.

39. Thanks for all that you do for our hobby. Got one on order. Had to use the Staples paper this morning. Could not have done my first grow with out your help. My Hydro grow is just a few weeks from harvest and its -5 outside.
