I still blame whoever shot the fatal bullet, but how the law works, if someone dies in the commission of a felony, the murder charge goes to whoever initiated the felony. Similar to if an officer kills an innocent bystander while trying to apprehend someone, they will charge the suspect with the body. The logic is “had it not been for your illegal act, the events that caused the death would not have happened.”
Even if it's self defense it would still be manslaughter… You are responsible for where your bullets go.
The question is, where was his position during the situation damn what he did before.

Self-defense 101, 1) you must prove that you believed that there was an imminent danger to your or another Person's life, 2, you must prove that you used proportional force in your act of self-defense.
1) imminent = means that THERE WAS NO OTHER WAY to stop this danger but to use lethal force, example you were trapped in a corner and someone was trying to attack you with a gun, so you used your own gun to kill them, there was nowhere to run and there was no alternative but to do what you did.
2) proportional force = you use force equal or similar to the act that was being done to your self, i.e the attacker came at you with a knife, so you also used a knife to defend yourself. Example of what is NOT proportional, = attacker is using a plastic bottle in his hand to attack you, so you shoot him with a shotgun …

RIP Takeoff, I know it's weird to mourn someone I never even met but his death completely shook me and is really heartbreaking, he did not deserve this. I realize now how much I missed out on him when he was here, I wish this never happened, he was so young, handsome and talented. I hope he is with God and as well as his loved ones who passed away before him. I'm sure Takeoff is up there watching over his loved ones. He will never be forgotten and will live on through his music forever 🙏 BTW: Takeoff's music really motivates me like never before.
