Officer malted milk balls is a shining example of why training needs to be, at least, 2 years, with mandatory testing on constitutional rights, before they are allowed on the streets.
The Good thing is that they Refunded him for the Tow, and THIS is the way the cops are Supposed to Respond

The police don’t like if they are disrespected. They knew that they didn’t have any right to pull him over when he a actually got upset because they were upset because they got but hurt and it’s literally legal so they didn’t like for the police to violate the first amendment. How can you get arrested when it’s legal for doing a lawful right. The cops in that town is to totally wrong and the community that tried to get the man tried to violate the constitution

This cop was but hurt because the driver gave him the finger. Which is not illegal. This was an illegal traffic stop.

Lt. Matthews deserves a raise! What a fantastic officer! More cops like him would make policing MUCH more healthy for public–police interactions.
Fired and imprisoned minimum 1 year for every minute of the stop.

I'd give Matthews a better grade than C+. He did the right thing by dropping the charges and refunding the money Mr. Hall paid out. I'd provide Matthews a Solid B.
Dirty cops once again
This might sound like a foolish question, how do you keep track of laws and local ordinances? How can a town or county add an ordinance just to make money when that action is a protected right?
The ordinance seems to state “inoperable”. What constitutes “inoperable” exactly? If the vehicles CAN start and drive but don’t have registration…would they not be “operable”?

Some of these cops are such losers. Did they get beat up a lot in school, is their manhood extremely small, do they still live at home, in their mom's basement? Some of these guys are such cowards, such wimps. They become cops so they can get a badge and a gun and bully citizens to feel better about themselves. These losers have no right to Qualified Immunity.
First off let’s get something straight this is on private property. Not on public road. This cop had absolutely no reason at any time to go onto the property. He’s already in violation of his own policies. To me, it sounds like a very butt hurt cop because the guy flipped him the bird. this guy is in the right when he got pulled over by notch, identifying himself arguing over his Fourth amendment rights. It is already been established that this officer lied about a threat when there was no threat. OK like they’re established that there was no threat officer beard should have let him go and moved on. But once again, their egos, just the better part of them. If I was him, I would place a massive lawsuit against not only City as well as that officer and the officer that arrested him. This was a false arrest, harassment, false imprisonment. Officer Walter should be fired for his actions. Awesome beard should have just got suspended without pay for his actions.

This is like an extreme HOA. Why can't you have unlicensed vehicles in your own driveway.
I understand the ordinance, I guess, after explained, but I still don't understand what business it is of anyone to have cars at your house.
How is it the governments business?

You were roung on the LT there!.. The fact that the detective was fired showed he took things further than he was able to let on..Granted he didn not need to tell you every thing he was intended to do after the fact but did follow though with those he spoke of.
I've watched several videos where cops will lie in the face of fellow officers about their actions or citizens actions. These guys have no integrity to the citizens or fellow officers. POS
