I've followed Derek Moneyberg for a few years. Theres some value in what he says at times but i suspect he's always exaggerated his results (even in his pick up days, i'm sure he was never as successful as he told everyone he was). I always thought he likely made money dealing drugs at the start, then bought real estate with that money. A common way for criminals to get started with legitimate wealth.
I used to know the guy, that ACTUALLY made one of Derek’s real estate courses. The guy literally took info from the internet, put it all together and then Derek would just give his approval lol. Pathetic.
