20. I've followed Derek Moneyberg for a few years. Theres some value in what he says at times but i suspect he's always exaggerated his results (even in his pick up days, i'm sure he was never as successful as he told everyone he was). I always thought he likely made money dealing drugs at the start, then bought real estate with that money. A common way for criminals to get started with legitimate wealth.
