Those clones are massive! I'm curious to know why they're cut that size of what, 8"? I usually 1500 clones a week in my facility at about 4". This is for size as our clone room is quite small and holds about 100 trays at a time.

If a grower uses any pesticides whatsoever, it's not organic, even if you stop using pesticides just before budding.
Only helpful insects should be used to control pests, and if mold is a problem, destroying the plants and cleaning top to bottom will control mold.
Your buds look so small, they look great on tricomes, but the buds are so small. I would suggest more lumes, try adding halogen lights in 1000 wats or greater will help with your quantity as well as quality.
I like your feeding system, and how clean your grow is; however, growing cannabis is all in the strain. Best of luck.

I enjoy watching some of these commercial setups but nothing beats a small homegrown. Less is more and you can control everything plus I prefer organic
