0:05 Diesel exhaust fluid is a mixture of water and urea that gets injected into the exhaust of a diesel engine to turn NOx gasses into nitrogen and water. To fill up the DEF (diesel exhaust fluid) on the sprinter van it’s in under the hood, but has a blue cap that says DEF ONLY.
0:18 F-350 6.4 Powerstroke (at the time this was filmed, the truck still had an aftermarket warranty on it).
0:27 Dangerous! If a tire is damaged, you should replace it and not try and fix it. The customer got his winter tires put on for now and as winter is just around the corner.

0:45 An expensive lesson for the customer. The customer had the shop replace all the other parts.
0:55 The mechanic said he had no clue how the customer bolted the transmission to the engine and did not realize this. The whole shop had a good laugh when they saw what the customer did.

1:43 Dodge Grand Caravan. Installing the A/C line the correct way would have been a lot easier.
1:57 As mentioned in the video. The technician said it has a fuel injector leaking too much fuel into one cylinder making those smoke rings.
2:05 The customer is waiting to see if insurance will cover the costs for a new engine and other damage. The technician said the carpet was very wet as well. What you see coming out of the oil pan is a mix of engine oil + water.
2:20 Let us know what you think happened. From what the technician said I think he is pretty accurate on what happened. That must have made quite the noise and got VERY hot!
2:34 I believe the cap that the customer used as the coolant reservoir cap goes behind the headlights. You twist them off to access the bulbs.
2:46 The technician did not say what the issue was but sounds like an issue with the window motor/window regulator.
