27. You don't do whippets from the damn whipped cream cans, Joe. You need the N2O dispenser and the cartridges. A whipped cream canister contains a tiny fraction of the N2O, maybe give a buzz if you do THIRTY. Either way it sucks, and lasts a minute, maybe. There's a reason there's no nitrous oxide junkies out there.
