    Definitely not garbage to pre-pay on gas in Philly because card skimmers are all over the city, especially at gas pumps. I actually will go in wawa to get cash to buy gas. Well a few weeks ago in the brutal cold I said I'll roll the dice. Just got 2 fraud charges on my card, lucky I caught it. So new card and have to update all my auto pay bullshit now. Seriously don't use cards at the pumps in and around Philly. I know 4-5 people personally who have been skimmed. 1 buddy lost $9k with Life lock, took him 3 months to be refunded anything.
