  12. when it comes to where people live and where they want to live its not just wanting live in a city because of culture or food or being around people. The primary reason people move to cities now, and throughout the last 500 years, is employment. The majority of jobs are in cities therefore people move to the cities. People often bring up the work remote movement that has taken off recently. What people forget or just ignore is unskilled labor which I believe is still the majority of labor in the USA cant work remote and therefore is forced to move to where the jobs are.
