   I’m currently seriously in this debate and curious on what the best gas station is for me I live in the middle of nowhere and so far I have only found one station that at least has a sticker for top-tier.
   I will admit I’m a total skeptic and when a chemical test, I have seen some YouTube to talk about a color change to look for Amines chemistry.

23. Of course expensive gas is worth it. You think shell, Exxon & Chevron with the best petroleum engineers in the world come up with an additive package that doesn’t work, & charge everyone extra? Nothing in life is free. You have to pay for quality.

26. I would disagree with you guys on this one, but all you really said was that they're different- and that's true. I'm not sure what you guys mean by "grocery store gas" – where I live there are nothing but name brand gas stations- Texaco, Chevron, Exxon, etc. I've never seen a gas station with some generic brand of gas I've never heard of. Maybe other places have them, but I don't think they deliver to my area- all ppl have a choice of around here are the name brands who bring gas here.

30. Here's the kicker when they put the gas in the pipeline and they add the additives, it's not separated by anything they do. Their math on how much it mixes in the pipeline and that's how you get your different numbers on your gas. So if it mixes too much on one time, it might be higher if it doesn't mix enough, it might be lower, but they do the math and they think they have it down. How it mixes in the pipeline, and that's how you get your different numbers on your gas.
