    The claim that the officers were not required to discuss nor disclose any information about the reasons for the demand for identification…

    The only possible conclusion is that the fourth amendment does not apply…
    I’m just saying, if we assume that we can’t ask questions about why we are required to show someone identification because they can say they don’t have to explain, then we have no right to exercise our fourth amendment.
