16. I think it's been clearly established that the best way to treat someone in a mental health crisis is to arrest them at work so they lose their job. Nothing helps depression like joblessness and/or losing your home. Police should ABSOLUTELY NOT be anywhere near a potential patient. All they care about is arresting folks, so that's what they do. When all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail.
