37 thoughts on “He Needed Help But They ILLEGALLY ARRESTED Him Instead

  1. 19:10
His rights and him challenging the officers meant nothing. He is even struggling to find a civil rights attorneys to represent him. It would seem he only has rights on paper.

  2. Global elites like Trump who get away with every crime they commit and get rewarded by the working man with power to earn 3.4 Billion as President (I don’t have TDS, I’m fighting fascism) while this guy whose suicidal gets spoken down to, arrested, and FIRED form his job for no reason which shows which side corporations are on, is mind boggling. It seems like we have no progress on anything in America and it drives me crazy.

  3. If they were there to be peace officers and help, as peace officers should, and if they care why did they talk down to him, cause tension, escalate a minor situation, and then threaten to arrest him. Most coos are the enemy.

  4. The rich elites don’t wanna lose their cheap workforce (from whom they exploit by extracting the surplus value of their labor) so they’ve made even suicide illegal.

Capitalism makes life miserable for everyone but it can’t let you escape.

So it sends its agents of order to stop you. And if this guy would’ve pushed that officer far enough? The officer would’ve shot and killed him to keep him from killing himself.

Ah, yes. All in a day’s work!

  5. I think it's been clearly established that the best way to treat someone in a mental health crisis is to arrest them at work so they lose their job. Nothing helps depression like joblessness and/or losing your home. Police should ABSOLUTELY NOT be anywhere near a potential patient. All they care about is arresting folks, so that's what they do. When all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail.

  6. Forget the civil rights lawsuit, OK don't forget it, but also sue the female officer for slander. She had no legal justification for going into a business and slandering a citizen even if he was guilty of everything she said, it served no legal purpose and did not help the community in any way.

There is not a situation out there, that a police officer won't go out of their way to make worse.

  7. 90% of all domestic calls, police do more physical and mental harm than the original caller claimed.

There is not a situation out there, that a police officer won't go out of their way to make it worse.

  8. So somebody calls..lies to the police. Police arrest him. Further taking away his freedom by talking to employer. Gets him fired creating further hardship! Refused to allow him to talk thru an attorney! Lied more on reports. So an angry ex gets vengeance with armed gangsters with badges and he loses his job. Id sue the F out of the ex and the cops!

  9. This officer is ridiculous he doesn't remember anytime they've told the citizen and keeps changing his mind escalating from not detained , detained, then under arrest. Wtf.

  10. Very sad how ignorant police/sheriff so consistently are. You’re more knowledgeable by watching YouTube now and again than being a trained officer.

  11. Come on, woman!! Reminder to all family members. Never call the cops to help a mental crisis. There is nothing to hey can’t make worse:
