1. This video is for everyone who wanted to see what it actually takes to do a factory perfect, OEM-level McLaren P1 build from scratch. We didn't "rebuild" this car, it is an entirely new P1 that the world has never seen before. Zero miles. McLaren made 375 P1s for the world. This is #376, a true one-of-one.

   And for the people that want to see me build the world's fastest and most insanely modified P1, then you'll see that as well, and there are plenty of updates in this video about that car. I haven't given up – quite the opposite. This build helped me a ton with my flooded car and I can't wait to share everything that I've learned very soon.

   No matter what kind of McLaren P1 build you want, you'll see it on this channel and I'm proud of what we have accomplished so far, and continue to accomplish.

5. here to tell you just because you have kids and love cars doesn’t mean anything! i’ve bought 3 cars to build with my kids and i got maybe 8 hours altogether, so don’t hold your breathe especially if it’s hard or time consuming. they want nothing to do with it!!

I used to work with Hitachi Seiki Machines as a technical engineer and in Japan we use to joke that the Japanese that build this machines took on bolt and build the machine around it but when something was broken you need to start to undo that bolt. It looks like McLaren took that habit to the extreme. I think that they have Lathes from Hitachi Seiki to build parts in Uk and thats where they probably copied…
