19. Hello the geck, i was trying to go to sleep but had hypnic jerks and anxiety from probably a lot of caffeine and drugs and stress from these past couple weeks. Anyways i driving myself crazy twisting and turning in bed trying to sleep and i felt like i was on the edge of a anxiety attack. So i put on this episode in the backround and started drawing in my book. Feel alot better now, thanks!
