37 thoughts on “The U.S Hemp Industry is Cooked…

  1. Stop saying that bs THCa is “regular weed”! It’s REGGIE AT BEST and you’ll be smoking ever 30 mins on the hour. EVERY BUD HAS THCa but that loophole ensures that you only are selling premature bud.

  2. yeeeeAaaaa……best thing to ever happen. next it need to be if you where involved in thca….then no place in legal market ….get rid of those people who aren't small and was putting out poison like in East TN

  3. Everything I have ever bought labeled THCA has been complete trash hemp sprayed with terps or something. So fuck what yall are talking about " its just regular weed". Thankfully Virginia is finally launching its recreational market next year!

  4. 💚💚💚 thanks for sharing…great breakdown of what's going on…and yeah it's wild here in NC…there's hemp shops ALL over the place… 💚💚💚

  5. In Nebraska when you see THC-A flower at the store? You can pretty well guarantee that it is feminized hemp/ruderalis grown with plant growth regulators (miracle grow) aka PGR Bud. I don't nor wont ever smoke the THC-A products, and also last year was diagnosed with cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome. However, this year i have done my own self research and studies on my body and have found its a wrongful diagnosis entirely. I'm not getting ill from cannabis, but I actually have developed a hypersensitivity to the petro chemical fertilizers herbicides and pesticides used in the cannabis industry across the board, that causes me the most violent illness i have ever experienced in my life 🤮 Also, whats regulation on ANY fuckin level if even the legal industry is allowed to use so called "nutrients" that unnaturally manipulate and influence the NPK to yield greater results. Rather than an all natural all organic high calcium treated LIVING soil. Like you would find in nature! People are gettin sick from unregulated shit, but WAYYYYYY too much county and state level corruption is happening in favor of OVER regulation. Case and point, our current legislative atmosphere in Nebraska with regards to dismantling and destruction of our 71% (highest ever in the country's history) voter approved medical cannabis program. 😩 I just wanna be legally allow to grow for myself and my peeps.
Thank you for sharing your perspective on the law change 💯

  6. To be honest as someone that worked at smoke shops for years. I’ve seen all sorts of sketchy shit I’m kinda happy they gotta take it outta there. I’ve had my med card for years not sure why that’s an issue for people 😂😂

  7. I never left the plug🤣🤣 fuck all that shit at the dispensary its sprayed with either that terp spray wich is a chemical and turns to mold or pesticides!! Thats why the buds are smooth and small!!!! 🍿 🫁

  8. Good buncha posers selling fake Herb to gas station people it's only so big a market a successfull economy whould not even care and use it to start real businesses to bus improves economy not this take and leave groer chad
    mentality

  9. Man, stop spreading misinformation.

Yes, all cannabis has THCa, but hemp and cannabis isn't the same thing. Everything you say has been legal since the bill passed isn't true at all unless they were actually growing, selling, sending hemp.
Which is obvious they were just selling regular cannabis as hemp.

The politicians thought they were just legalizing hemp, they didn't realize everyone was going to backdoor cannabis into the market because it was supposed to be tested..

I've been a legacy grower for 22 years now and every single cultivar I grow, will not pass the .3% THC parameter before you burn it, not even close…
When I have my cured flower tested it has over 25% THCa and even the weakest sativa landrace that took damn near 6 months to finish flowering was 15% THC, hell I was excited when I had a few test almost 30% THC..

Taking advantage of a loophole doesn't make it legit..

MSO's & conglomerate commercial growers spend a lotta money in donations to campaigns and lobby money to get those licenses. So legalization f*cked the legacy growers and now the hemp market fucked the mso's and conglomerates, and guess who's been bitchin and screamin about their shrinking margins ????

What you should be discussing how if we focused on complete legalization, small businesses could have their own lines of cannabis to sell like all the craft beer and craft distilleries are running their businesses… And ban MSO's and conglomerate growers in the market altogether…

Cannabis is the only market with the race to the bottom.
If I had it my way units would wholesale for $3500 again instead of $350 like we have today…

  10. SORRY LMC BUT YOUR WRONG FIRST STATE TO LEGALIZE MEDICAL CANNABIS WAS – Fifteen months after Robert Randall’s successful access to medical marijuana, in February 1978, the state of New Mexico enacted the Controlled Substances Therapeutic Research Act which established a state-wide research program for New Mexican citizens with glaucoma or cancer. It was the first affirmative cannabis bill in over 40 years and the first medical marijuana bill in the nation.

It was spear-headed by cancer patient Lynn Pierson who met Robert Randall at the NORML conference in December 1977. Together they conceived the idea of a state law authorizing legal, medical access to cannabis.

Pierson literally stalked the halls of the New Mexico legislature, speaking personally with each of the 96 legislators. Just six weeks into the New Year of 1978, the legislation was passed overwhelmingly.

The bill authorized the state to access federal supplies of marijuana and dispense them, via doctors, to glaucoma and cancer patients. The plan was reasonable but the federal government, despite protests to the contrary, had no inclination to help seriously ill patients access their marijuana.

Lynn died in August 1978, never receiving federal marijuana. Bureaucrats in Washington would continue to block the efforts of New Mexico to gain legal cannabis. But it was too late. The reasonable course of action pursued by New Mexico was appealing to other states that were hearing from their citizens about legal access. To the horror of federal bureaucrats, other states began passing laws that were copied from New Mexico.

Over the next four years another 33 states would enact similar laws. Unfortunately, all these laws relied on federal supplies of cannabis and the federal government did everything in their power to block enactment of the state laws. Only five of 34 managed to secure supplies of medical cannabis, the remaining states were diverted to synthetic delta-9 THC.

Patients often gave the last good days of their lives to reform the medical cannabis laws. Their stories must be remembered.

There’s lots more to learn. It didn’t start with California… GEORGIA PASSED IT IN 1980 VIA MONA TAFT

THIS STARTED FEDERAL – NOT REC OR CALI OR WEST COAST. WHEN THE IND PROGRAM WAS CLOSED DOWN DURING THE AIDS EPIDEMIC THATS WHAT SPARKED THE PROP 215 IN CALI. IF YOU WANNA SEE WHAT FEDERAL WILL LOOK LIKE READ THE BOOK – Marijuana Rx, The Early Years (1976-1996): The Story of the American Medical Marijuana Movement

  11. I knew this was going to happen. I'm in New Mexico where in most cases the little guy can get a shot. So I decided to stay in the legal Market, I knew this would come to a head when they realized they got finessed. Black Market will be on the rise.

  12. Let’s just let everyone smoke an do even sketchier shit an ruin a huge business it should be about what we want not what tf these tards think that don’t know a damn thing about what they legalized to start with
