  1. OK, I'm three minutes into this video: people need to understand that parents of minor drivers sign a piece of paper at their local DMV that states they trust their minor child with the ability to handle all road conditions, including, but not limited to traffic, tickets and accidents. Although comforting, the adult Lawyer is not needed, and the police officer has the right to remove her from the scene.

  2. I disagree with you on this one. They just got on the scene and were trying to secure it and figure out what happened and who's injured and she kept interfering trying to make them talk with the guy's father. And when asked to step back she wouldn't listen and kept being annoying.

  3. I used to wonder why people in America would walk or drive past people in distress.
After viewing such videos, it is now very clear why. They are afraid of any interaction with the Police!

  4. It's just as easy to argue that she prevented the officers from attending to the minor in the accident by forcing herself to be the center of attention when the officers attention should have been on the people involved in the accident. The smart thing for a bystander to do would be to wait until the officers have attended to those involved in the accident.

If you were being unbiased, or impartial, the bystander distracting the officers and pulling their attention away from the accident would be the obvious conclusion.

  5. One of the few ATA where I agree with the officers. She was non-compliant with lawful orders and was trying to script the officer's investigation. More evidence of the "Karenization" of society. The right move, Ms. Hall? The police have arrived, let them do THEIR jobs.

  6. I've seen this video on other channels when "Karen" in the title. It just shows some channels don't look past what's in front of their faces and completely disregard law. ATA is where it's at.

  7. I'm sorry she was annoying. She could have waited a min. She just kept walking after them talking while they're still figuring things out. What are they supposed to tell the dad when they literally hadn't come up with a plan yet. As an attorney she should know not to fight either but she's throwing a fit. Sry this is one that I didn't disagree with. I watch these all the time and there are ppl who actually get treated like shit…she just seems like a know it all who thinks she can't be touched because of her attorney status. Nope

  8. We should all hope that a child in need would be assisted by adults, so she deserves an A. The cop deserves an F for being rude, disrespectful, and generally stupid.

  9. If the scene is not safe by traffic it is also bringing someone into direkt danger when you seize s.o. in the car that secures that area, even if that area was secured by a Firetruck later. They actually seemed more annoyed about her voice than her behaviour. And if you know she aint part of it directly, ask her if she saw anything take the dads number from her tell the dad "phone you if there is anything you can do" and go on with the investigation. I for my side would feel lucky if there are two cars between me and an potential impact. You actually just don't seemed to be flexible enough and feeled undermined by her followup questions. What if she drove away? First she had the Dad on the line who is fucked up in mind because he can't get answers AND you force her by this to cross the street. And you would certainly charge her for that. What if she waited untill she could ask her question about the dad. Don't followed our order and so on… On the other side, if she did not had helped, the Dad would at some point in time know what would go on and the whole situation would be processed, even without her. But was it right that a civillian showed moral courage to check if help is needed, a cell phone or what else… Jeah definitely. And the two cops send a devestating message to these people who bring themself near a dangerous area. Don't help because we will fck u up for that. -1 Attorney|Cop -3

  10. I definitely agree with your assessment, i will also like to point out that he did in fact said, “he will to him in a min”. The duty of an officer to make sure everyone is safe first without escalation the situation and he definitely fail at keeping his composure. I believe that if he were to calmly tell her that he understand her concerns and will address it to him and calmly tell her that she needs to move her car first and foremost will gladly engage with her.
