15 thoughts on “How Top Growers Are Averaging 3.8lbs Per Light

  1. Under canopy lights is such a huge waste especially for the home growers!!! Don't waste your money and increase your electric bill. Just lolipop heavy and have all AAA nugs instead of trying to make D nugs D+ to then just make hash with them. I get better yields with proper training vs under canopy lights want bigger yields than that veg longer or Run Co2 with a regulator and tanks or a burner(only co2 that really works!!) And you will see the biggest difference in yields but not gonna lie bigger you go for yield you will sacrifice some quality do not care what anyone says Been there done that 30yrs now. Holy crap prove these guys have Zero clue!! NEVER EVER Top your plants at flip or after!! The bud sites will be small and you will get small buds from the new tops! Give them 7-10 days depending on cultivar before flowering them as you want new large mature growth on the new tops.

  2. Why the hell are you guys still talking pounds per light. Every producer who
knows what’s what measures dry grams/sf of sellable material.

“Per Light” is subjective and can mean different things depending on your footprint per fixture

  3. U can tell the non grower partner just nods his head cause he has zero passion into it but def isn’t moving at his job. Cannabis scene is so gonnea be dif in a few years

  4. Impressive. I like to let them go n top later shave up the bottom nodes and work from there depending on the space im looking to cover. Usually average 1-1.49GPW in soil 4 month turn around from seed but I feel like I could do better, Im not running co2, AC, humidifyer or undercanopy lights just yet. One day….🙏😁👍🍻

  5. underlighting would mean more than one light right… I'm getting 1.8 on single plant at home right now 600w led no under light. I do exactly what he was saying about topping. I run from seed and top around week 4 after 6-8 nodes then top it to get it to spread out more because i do scrog nets. takes another 4 weeks to fill roughly i end up doing 10 weeks from seed to fill it.
