In order of importance imo for all indoor high light plants.
1: decent genetics
2: reflective grow space, can be simple as white paint cupboard etc.
3: in today's day and age a white led light with dimmer control and a timer.
4: airflow by whatever means possible to move air around plants, and provide air exchange to keep fresh air coming in and temps in check.
5: simple soil with decent aeration
6: grow and bloom powdered organic nutrients
7: some sort of biological innoculant.
8: an ipm foliar spray like neem oil and essential oils etc
9: willingness to fail before you succeed
10: plenty of patience.

Pigeons using miracle grow says it all!!😂 I'm sure they grow great but I definitely wouldn't consume anything grown in miracle grow!!!

Coco coir living soil with biochar, just water for 6-7 weeks and then water with SST and weak brewed tea once a week , definitely could do just water until mid flower .
Feed your soil properly & you don’t need to feed in living soil

Hillbilly Haven a float the river spot here in texas somthing we did alot.
I grew a plant in the tower computer cabinet of a desk. $1 store plastic bin I cut a hole in and put a net pot with a jiffy cube and an old fish tank air stone. Powered by 4 cfls on Y splitters with a chicken wire cage around them so nothing can get within 3 inches. Then a hole cut in the back for a 10$ target fan to exhaust heat. That plant filled the entire cabinet, literally grew in to a big rectangle and produced 2.5 ounces.

Are we talking as a beginner then a nutrient line with two or the most 3 part line mills and Athena have to many moving parts just me on that nice vidya ehhh
Bare minimum tent should b as tall as possible in Your space. This helps with heat an air movement. Also means your plant has space to spread an grow
