35 thoughts on “Why you should NEVER become a car broker!

  1. Dude, You in desperate need of someone who can educate you.
Like….based on what you is saying here, You put impact on automotive industry in North America

  2. First online auctions a no,
Didn’t read throughly or didn’t file a police report,
    Careless loses his shirts,
    I’m typing as I watch,
The car price and year depreciate the same, need to feel and touch before you buy someone a lemon, you talk like a CR and/or wholesale broker, against didn’t see it just bought it online,-_-(‘’’), lol did it illegally, plz leave now

  3. You almost always have to lack all morals to be a successful salesman. I used to do HVAC installs (for a very overpriced company), where the sales guys made $140-175k/year. And once went to diagnose an old lady's furnace.. Well I mentioned how it looked brand-new, (turns out we installed it 2yrs prior).. and I was told to keep my voice down. Well the POS salesman/installer training me, took one look at the furnace, and then completely cut all the wires for the blower motor.. tossed it in front of me and said "well its dead now".. And when I asked why we didnt try to fix it, he said with a smirk "its cause im just a really good salesman"..

Yeah, it pissed me the f*ck off. Absolutely disgusting. But when i worked with service techs, (who arent making any commission). We'd sit there for hours in a low-income neighborhood.. trying everything to fix (one time) a literal 45 year old furnace. Just to save the person the cost of replacing it. And for that lady, as soon as we found out she rented.. we called her landlord and just had them replace the whole system😅👍

  4. I learned a long time ago. All car dealers are crooked and lie. I remember going to work at a dealership as a young lad. The things the GM would tell us to tell the customer….jeeez. Look, I’m definitely no saint. I’ve been in trouble with the law many times. But I don’t lie and I don’t steal. But car dealers are seriously scummy folk. It’s easy money if you’re ok with lying and cheating people out of their hard earned money. I made pretty crazy money selling cars under the direction of my GM. Simply because I believed what he was telling me was the truth. My first day on the job I made 1200$. Pretty good for a young kid on his first day. But after about 2 months, I couldn’t do it anymore. I started questioning my GM and researching the facts a bit more. What a corrupt institution. I’ve never bought a car from a dealership or car lot since. You hear all these guys on here talking about “honesty and integrity “😂. Yeah, whatever.

  5. I listening and wondering where the money comes from to cover all those thousand's and thousands to cover bs? I came to states 25 years ago from Europe and been working all the time getting ahead I cant say Im not , but every time I made mistake I couldn't just jump to other mistake before fixing the first mistake??? Am I missing something here in US of A or I'm just plain dumb? btw , me to car guy, motorcycle guy , all of the above and bellow.

  6. your too nice. people lie. cheat and game the system. they dont take care of cars they own and throw them out like tampons. another reason why i didnt want to be in the industry. non-car guys are the majority of people who work at these car companies and auto industry/ (98%+). they don't care about anything except a paycheck. to the masses, a car is just a product. a complicated toaster. if people cared about cars like they do about homes, we would be a indifferent world

  7. This story is why people coin the term stealership and never trust car salesmen. There are honest people out there, but the industry as a whole is filled with dishonest crooks pedaling broken products.

  8. It’s also on the BUYER, if you don’t do your due diligence and research or test drive/inspect than it’s your fault, anyone who doesn’t deserves someone by there side who can do that for them
