3. Latvia huh. Well, I guess my 1991 nissan 240sx is getting on a flight.

10. Have you checked out Gassman Automotive products in Virginia. They do major restorations on many makes. They restored a Ferrari a few years back and took it to Pebble Beach. I saw it when it came in and left. Beautiful.

17. It is funny how people in the States are worrying about a war going on in the "neighbourhood", that means one or two countries away.
    It did never occur to me that someone might be worried bringing a car to Latvia because of the trouble in the Ukraine. The Russians already bit off much more than they can handle.
    So I bet that the Baltic Countries are safer from Russian aggression than before.
    In Europe we are much more used to that. When there was war going on in former Yugoslavia we in Switzerland were SO close and we did not worry for half a second. The problem was the flood of refugees that come with every crisis or war going on.

19. A good number of UK cars are sent to Eastern Europe for restoration, often non exotic cars. It is so much cheaper than a restoration in the UK. Check the M539 restoration YouTube channel, he gets his cars painted in Poland.
