   I always have problems with overtraining my plants. Especially after smoking I tend to go strip too much.

10. Right on time thanks ive always had trouble "trimming the fat" so to speak but now on my 5th grow i see more and more how important it is to lollipop for airflow and canopy management

13. While do quite a bit of defoliation I reach a points where I stop. I no longer create the lollipop tactics. I get a little less and discard a lot of the nonsense small bud formations. I think that quality of what I do get is far more powerful than when I lollipop. Maybe wrong and it could be a mind over matter but I believe it’s better bud
