  1. i liked this one alot..i l have to give it to u Danny..one thing ive really loved about your show..is u give each side of different subjects a voice..and not just taking a side on any subject..and to me thats the key to everything..look were all human..non of us gets everything right..we make mistakes..thats what makes us human..your on the right path myfriend

  2. Dude has reasonable concerns and is making reasonable inquiries. He's not an expert in any field but he doesn't make sensationalist claims either. The comments on this video are an absolute trainwreck of defensive, aggro boneheads who can't deal with their worldview being threatened even a tiny amount. Special shoutout to the "god bless the comments for saving me from having to watch this" pin heads. Nothing worse than being ignorant and proud of it.

  3. Travis makes a huge claim at the end of this. It sounds like it all stems from the Immortality Key book. Creating a new religion with entheogens, and they are leaving out things that are flawed? Not sure i believe this but if it's true that's wild

  4. I did tons of DXM in college and my twenties. In the early 2000s you could get the powdered form off various "research chemical" websites. I've had numerous out-of-body experiences on that stuff. It's no joke.

  5. P harmala is a powerful maoi which I'm sure unlocks overlooked or unknown compounds in these jars… Morning glory is Ipomea sp, which contain lysergic acid amide.

  6. I don’t like him shitting on Graham Hancock for trying to find an answer to the ancient megalithic structures without providing his own theory.

  7. Seems to me we began as animists which degenerated into pantheists, who degenerated into Christians, who degenerated into Scientists or abject materialism. Thus went our happiness. Psychedelics return us to whence we came. There is no love in thought or Thoth, which is the production of the mind. That is why Egyptians worshiped the heart and Ma'at. Thoth is just her scribe. The subjective is life and God. The objective is of the mind.

  8. The Catholic Church does not officially endorse the use of psychedelics. However, there is ongoing discussion within Catholic circles regarding their potential therapeutic applications. The Catechism of the Catholic Church states that the use of drugs inflicts grave damage on human health and life and is morally unacceptable, except on strictly therapeutic grounds (CCC 2291).

  9. The Golden Bough is a bloated speculative pseudo-anthropological mess that attempts to reduce all religion, especially Christianity, to nothing more than primitive fertility cults and magical thinking. Frazer, a Victorian armchair theorist with no serious theological training, treats divine revelation as myth-making rather than truth breaking into history. He drags the sacred down to the level of superstition and dares to lump Christ’s Passion in with dying and rising vegetation gods like Osiris, Adonis, and Tammuz, a move that reeks of intellectual laziness and anti-Christian bias.

Frazer’s central premise, that religion evolved from magic to polytheism to monotheism, is built on circular reasoning, cherry-picked tribal anecdotes, and arrogant cultural relativism. He assumes that because multiple cultures have seasonal rituals and myth cycles, they must all stem from the same root, a simplistic and false universalism that ignores context, history, and doctrinal substance.

Worse, he betrays the arrogance of modernism, the belief that ancient belief systems are merely outdated science and that man is evolving toward a purely rational and secular future. The result is a book that masquerades as scholarship while actively undermining the historical uniqueness of the Incarnation, the Resurrection, and the revealed truth of the Gospel.

He wants the Cross to be just another tree.
But the Cross is not myth. It is the axis of history. No pagan god conquered death. No tribal ritual tore the veil of the Temple. Frazer’s theories are dust in the mouth compared to the living Word of God.

The Golden Bough belongs where all failed human attempts to explain away God end up. Forgotten, debunked, and ultimately judged by the truth it tried to replace.

  10. I've done pretty much every drug, the soft ones, the hard ones, and all of the main psychedelics plus many of rhe more obscure ones. Ive been largely sober save cannabis and occasional psychedelics, but my main passion theae days is endurance running.

There are rodent studies on serotonin 2a receptor sensitivity after prolonged stress that indicate in increase in sensitivity from stress (they basically torture the mice and give them psychedelics and looked at how the mice's 2a receptors responded. Wild study lol)

So I started testing myself by running 15-18 miles a day (which I do anyway because its basically a substitute for my heroin addiction) and I found that after about 2-3 weeks of consistent daily running (usually in trails) that on the 20th or so day, I was able to reach a state most comparable to a small dose of mescaline. I added MAOIs like methylene blue or raw cacao beans and found the effect to be even more intense and lasting for days. I've since had to cut that regimen because though it's great endurance training, my coach made me cut it back for marathon speed training (I qualified for the Boston Marathon last Nov)

Moral of the story: there are lot of different ways to expand ones consciousness and relying solely on drugs is selling yourself short.
