  1. Hey new subscriber here. I had no idea about your shiw until today i watched you on Garden Talk. Chris is amazing. Also love supporting fellow Canadian growers. I grow living soil as well. 30 gallon no til pots. I use Black Swallow nutrients. Switched from Gaia 2 crops ago loving the results. I just eanted to weigh in on the watering conversation. I think in living soil water when they need water. I dont care when harvest day is. If harvest us tomorrow and they need water I water them. I read someone elses post about underwatering living soil .aking the nutes to strong and thats a very true statement. Anyways I am trying to catch up on your content. Keep up the great work. Canadians suporting Canadians. I like your story of why you started growing. We started for basically the same reasons. Very relatable story. Look forward to whats to come.

  2. Hey guys another awesome show. Canโ€™t wait for the harvest report. Man they turned out awesome. Hey just a heads up I tried the discord link and it says itโ€™s invalid or has expired. Anyways canโ€™t wait to see the end. Love you guys come on !!!

  3. In living soil you generally aren't feeding water soluble nutrients. Meaning, what's been made plant available by the biology…..can be diluted too much by too much water. For the hydro guys this may make more sense, it's like diluting your PPM when you're feeding with your bottle nutrients. So, it's like you're under feeding the plants. And under watering has the opposite effect, it concentrates the nutrients made available in the soil by the biology and can cause burnt tips and dark green leaves making it look like you used way too much nitrogen. Imo, one of the most important things in living soul is learning the proper watering process. In hydro, the food is in the water, you can pour that in till runoff and you're not diluting nothing or accidently concentrating available nutrients the soil (biology) has made. Hope this makes sense.
